We have evolved from a plow, disc, cultivate era into a vertical tillage era where we use low horse-power, high speed tools. This allows us to lessen our dependence on herbicides, and become a more "GREEN" farm. We still use some mechanical tillage, but have dramatically reduced our carbon footprint in an attempt to conserve the soil for future generations.
